One full year. January through December, 2026.

Two 90-minute calls per month (22 calls total over 12 months). We meet on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 11am MT.
The first call is January 20th and our last call is December 1st.
Call #1: Teaching & Coaching with Sari
I bring frameworks, teach new concepts, facilitate group coaching. We tackle the identity work, the strategic thinking, the impossible goal setting. Everyone gets coached. Everyone learns from each other's breakthroughs.
Call #2: Peer-Led Deep Dives
Two founders bring their biggest challenges. The group becomes your personal advisory board. We dig deep, brainstorm solutions, and create action plans. This is where magic happens—when collective intelligence meets individual problems.
Community WhatsApp Group
In additional to our monthly calls, you are encouraged to engage casually with your peers. Ask for help or ideas, share a win, post a promotion or anything else that feels good to you. This group opens on January 5th and closes at the end of the year.

What if I miss a call?
All calls are recorded and you'll have lifetime access. However, you must attend 20 of 22 calls. The magic happens when you show up live.
What if I can't attend live due to time zones?
This is NOT a passive coaching program. The calls are on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 11am MT.
How are the peer-led sessions structured?
One or two founders will be assigned (or self-selected) each month to bring their biggest challenge. The group becomes your advisory board—we dig deep, brainstorm solutions, and create action plans together.
Is this confidential?
Absolutely. What's shared in the Power Group stays in the Power Group. This is a safe, confidential space.
What if my business is different from everyone else's?
All founders are in the CPG food space. Beyond that, diverse perspectives lead to innovative solutions. You'll learn more from people with different products and approaches than you would from people doing exactly what you're doing.
Can I get 1:1 time with you?
The Power Group is group coaching only. If you want 1:1 support, there is an option to add on a 1:1 75-minute CEO call each month for an additional $250.
What's the refund policy?
Due to the nature of group coaching and the limited spots, all sales are final once you're accepted into the cohort. If you choose a monthly plan, you are committed to make the payments over the course of the year. We'll make sure it's the right fit on our interview call before you commit.
I know this exactly what I need, but it is out of my budget. Is there any financial assistance available? I have invested well over $100K in 1:1 coaching and coaching programs. I believe that there is power in the transaction - when you put money on the line you start the transformation even before the program officially starts. And I know that it can feel very uncomfortable and even scary to invest in coaching when there is no guarantee it will work.
Here's what I know to be true after 9 years of coaching (receiving and being): when we commit through a financial transaction the change happens. It has to feel a little stretchy and scary for the magic to work. My second coach was $18K up front pay in full to work with him for a year. I showed up to ever call and I did the work to double and then triple my revenue over 2.5 years.
